Faith In Action
Once a year, on a Sunday morning, we strategically go into our community to “be the church.”
A local organization dedicated to working together with community agencies and churches to assist individuals and families in our county who are experiencing short-term hardship by offering relief.
We love supporting Hardee County in various ways, whether it is storm relief, loving our neighbor, or blessing strangers, we feel called to serve locally.
Missions: Hardee and Beyond
A coordinated and organized local effort to unite the Body of Christ to serve others, and to change lives through Christ.
Improving safety, permanency, and well-being for all children in Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties through foster care, adoption, prevention and community.
Student Interns
FCC chooses to invest into the lives of those called into full time ministry, by providing student intern opportunities.
For more than 40 years, Christ In Youth (CIY) has called students and leaders to boldly live for Christ through the hope of the Gospel message and a call to Kingdom action.
The Nieto family came to Wauchula as missionaries with Harvest Aviation,
where Andes serves as a pilot and airplane mechanic.
Harvest Aviation flies missionary supplies to Belize and Honduras.
Their family has traveled from Columbia and now calls FCC their church home.
Alexis Gillispie
Alexis Gillispie, a member of FCC, traveled to the Dominican Republic on a missions trip in 2018. During this trip she was called by God to serve as a full time missionary. Your gift will help Alexis raise the remaining financial support needed to report to the mission field full time! Let’s help Alexis get to the Dominican!
Ryan Sudsberry
Ryan Sudsberry oversees the church planting movement for Go Ministries.
He serves by leading and supporting the local Pastors and the Go Ministries team. The Go Ministries team has a goal to plant 1,000 churches in 10 years and is
making a huge impact in the
Dominican Republic.
Justin Hemming
Justin Hemming serves as Director
of Kingdom Businesses, with Go Ministries.
He and his family recently experienced losses within their household
due to a fire in their building,
which damaged their home.
